Moving the Bangerts to Great Lakes, Illinois Oct. 2008

Isaac enjoys pencils and drawing. He spent a lot of time with the little tablet Grandma pulled out as well as with coloring books.Snow at Bear Lake. Look how pretty it was the morning of our trip. We enjoyed the scenery on the whole trip. James and Leah had walkie-talkies and it was fun to keep in touch while we drove. I laughed a lot during the trip.
The crazy boys up in a tree at a rest stop. They enjoyed the tree, running around and rolling down the hill in the autumn leaves. It was a great break from driving.
Eden loves to eat. She enjoys everything right now, and especially whatever her Dad is eating.

Jeremiah got a kick out of the little toys Grandma would pull out of her bag when people got bored. The groucho marx glasses were kind of fun. The best though was a bag of spider rings. The boys loved having rings on every finger, on their pencils and crayons.
The kids seemed to enjoy the change and the fun of the Kamping Kabin. It had a nice heater and so everyone was comfy during the night.
We stayed in a Kamping Kabin at a Koa. This sure brought back memories of many trips in the past. Grandma enjoyed the fire, roasting marshmellows and just sitting out side and watching the darkness come.

The living room in the Bangert new home in Great Lakes. Eden is dressed up for Sunday and busy coloring.
One night the lights were turned out and Grandma opened a packet of glowsticks and the kids had fun with the colored lights and playing hide and seek.
Isaac mastered the stairs very fast, in fact it was hard to keep him from playing on the stairs with all of his toys.
Downtown Chicago on the way to take Grandma to the airport. She hated to leave.

Ah, memories of moving from Idaho to Nebraska. The walkie-talkies make travelling fun. We needed a Grandma on our trip.
